Monardella linoides ssp. viminea
An endangered species from rocky washes of San Diego County, the willowy monardella survives long periods of benign neglect in the garden by sending a deep taproot down to find the water table. Fragrant foliage with an interesting scent and a cheerful lavender flower to 2 foot tall, three feet wide.
